Devil card showing up in a love reading – what does it mean?

I’m single and actively looking, and I just did a quick pull asking my deck “What are two signs I’ve met the right person?” I got Eight of Wands and The Devil.

Eight of Wands I get — fast chemistry, things moving quickly, that thrill. The Devil is throwing me off though. My read on it is usually addiction, control, or unhealthy patterns, so it’s hard to see it as a good sign.

Has anyone had The Devil show up in a love-reading like this? How do you read it in a neutral or even positive way? Any thoughts would be really helpful.
