Past Life Spreads?

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knows of any tarot spreads that work well for past life readings. This could be for reading your own past lives or exploring whether you may have known someone in a past life.

I’ve had a few people come in and out of my life where the connection felt really familiar, almost like we might have known each other before, and I’m curious whether tarot could offer any insight into that.

I’m also interested in doing past life readings for myself or close friends/family. I know tarot probably won’t give very specific details, but I’d love to explore general themes or lessons from a past life.

Are there any spreads made specifically for this, or even general spreads that you think work well for past life questions? Thanks!

Sure, why not? I’ve actually done this kind of reading before (ironically enough 😄), but I don’t have access to my journal right now to check the exact spread I used. That said, a quick search for “past life tarot spread” brings up a ton of ideas—Professor Google is pretty generous like that 😉

Fair warning though… it’s easy to fall down a bit of a rabbit hole once you start looking!

I don’t have a specific spread written down at the moment, but past life readings are definitely something people experiment with. If you do a quick search for past life tarot spreads, you’ll find quite a few layouts others have shared over the years.

Honestly, half the fun is seeing how many variations are out there — you can start with one idea and suddenly you’ve got ten tabs open and way more spreads than you planned to look at.
