I've also encountered some cards in my first deck that I don't particularly resonate with or like. How do you all deal with the cards that you don't really connect with?

If you don't resonate with certain cards, the best thing to do is to spend some time journaling and meditating on them to learn more about their meaning and how they apply to you. You can also explore other interpretations of the cards so that you can understand them better. If you still don't like the card after, try leaving it out of your readings or use it in a way that reflects its meaning without focusing too much on the imagery.
It's completely normal to have cards that don't immediately resonate with you. When I come across such cards, I take it as an opportunity for growth. I try to dive deeper into the symbolism and meanings of those cards to understand why they might be showing up. Sometimes, it's a chance to explore aspects of myself or situations that I may have been avoiding.
@OliverPerez I agree with you. Instead of avoiding the cards, I actually spend more time with them. I research their meanings and symbolism, and I also reflect on any personal biases or fears they might be triggering. Often, I find that the cards I initially disliked have valuable insights to offer.
Hey! Personally, if I encounter cards I don't like, I acknowledge my feelings but also remind myself that the cards are a tool for self-discovery. I try to focus on the message they're conveying and the lessons they might hold. Sometimes, these cards challenge me to step out of my comfort zone and explore new perspectives.
