I read professionally, so I do client readings pretty regularly, usually five to ten a day depending on the workload.
For myself I actually read a lot less, more like once a week or so.
A practice I’ve kept for years is what I call “Signposts of the Year.” At each solstice and equinox, so roughly every three months, I do a bigger, structured twelve-day spread to orient myself for the upcoming season. It’s been surprisingly useful for keeping a longer-term perspective.
I also keep a tarot calendar based on Major Arcana associations with zodiac signs and decan rulers. It’s not a reading per se, but it keeps me in daily contact with the cards and helps me stay connected to their cycles in a quieter, ongoing way.
