One thing I've learned about Tower moments is that the collapse itself isn't the point - it's what you do after.
When something falls apart, it usually means the foundation couldn't hold you anymore. Painful as that is, the wreckage makes room for something healthier to be built.
For me, the Tower has rarely felt like punishment or bad luck. It's more like forced growth. We outgrow beliefs, relationships, jobs, situations, and the Tower clears what can no longer support us.
They don't just happen once either. Most of us get through several over a lifetime. The more you treat them as chances to rebuild and learn who you are, the less terrifying they get. You begin to trust that even if something collapses, you can put together something stronger from what's left.
So instead of obsessing over avoiding the Tower, I find it way more useful to think about how I'll respond when change arrives. That's where the real work - and growth - happens.
