I’m probably going to get a bit pedantic here, but I think this is worth clearing up.
Technically anything used for divination can be called an oracle, so yes, a tarot deck is an oracle deck. Tarot just happens to be a very specific, structured system - 78 cards split into Major and Minor Arcana with established meanings and patterns. There are other structured systems too, like Lenormand, and then there are looser oracle decks that don’t follow tarot’s layout but still have their own internal logic.
So “oracle deck” doesn’t automatically mean something fluffy, affirmations-only, or “love and light” themed. It’s just a different style or approach to divination. Tarot is an oracle as well - just a particular kind.
