One approach is to look at the decan where Lilith falls in your natal chart and use the corresponding Minor Arcana card as a personal connection.
If you're looking for a more symbolic association, I think the Queen of Wands fits Lilith's energy really well. To me, she represents independence, confidence, and someone who refuses to live by other people's rules.
Another card that comes to mind is the High Priestess. Some people connect her with Lilith because she's seen as a counterpart to the Magician (or Adam in certain symbolic interpretations). She's also associated with mystery, hidden knowledge, and, in some traditions, the idea of the "barren mother," existing before the nurturing, fertile energy that the Empress represents.
