I'm curious if this card holds any romantic undertones when it signifies feelings.
For instance, if I drew this card to represent someone's feelings when they first met a potential lover, would it imply a romantic connection? In my interpretation, it seems to convey feelings of excitement rather than the passionate romance of the 2 of Wands or the love-associated Cups.
I could use some assistance in understanding this. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. 
In my perspective, encountering the Four of Wands in a romantic context signifies a strong foundation for a relationship. It suggests finding someone with whom you can envision "making a home" or even considering marriage. At the very least, it indicates a promising and solid beginning.
In my interpretation, the appearance of the 4 of Wands signifies the presence of a "basis" or a foundation with workable potential.
When it comes to feelings, I believe it suggests steady and stable emotions that the individual desires to cultivate and develop further. In a romantic context, this could imply a positive and committed desire to be with the person romantically.
As an action, it conveys a message to me, urging against complacency and advising to recognize and capitalize on one's potential without resting on past achievements for too long.

I find the Four of Wands card fitting for this situation. It's as if he goes out, fulfills his responsibilities, and then returns home to you—the person with whom he can comfortably sit on the sofa, put his feet up, and simply be. It's akin to him seeing you as his "welcome home (honey)."
