If I want to work something out about my heart, the "Relationship Cross" is my go-to spread. It's a five-card layout that lays out how a relationship functions in a simple, organized way. The positions cover:

your view of the relationship
their view of the relationship
the relationship’s foundation
current challenges
potential outcome

What I like about it is that it shows both people’s perspectives and also what the relationship is built on, plus the issues that might come up. It really helps me see how each person is shaping the present and where things might head next.

Honestly, the three-card Past/Present/Future spread is one of my favorite love reads. It's just three cards, past, present, future, and it traces a relationship from the start to where it is now and where it might go. Super flexible and surprisingly deep for such a simple layout. Sure thing! For almost every reading I do I make a handout. This is how I usually lay it out:

Start with a card that gives the general vibe.
Pull one card for each person in the relationship.
Draw one card apiece for strengths, problems, and suggestions.
Finish with an ending/outcome card.

If things look complicated I'll add a few extra cards to go deeper. For example, I might ask how each person feels about the other while keeping the connection as a whole in mind. I also often pull cards for what's blocking both of them. Or you can skip the general card and use an individual relationship card to look at specific areas like communication, love/romance, sex, money, etc.

Hope that helps you shape a spread. There are lots of ways to do it, but this is my go-to.
