My two cents:
At first I read it as the 7 of Pentacles reversed - to me that usually means skipping the check-in stage, not really evaluating where you’re at, or a lapse in discipline. It can also show up as taking blessings for granted. Upright I tend to see the 7 as comfort and stability, but that same comfort can easily slide into stagnation if you’re not paying attention.
The Queen of Cups upright feels like a push toward self-reflection. She’s intuitive and emotionally steady, kind of a softer counterpart to the High Priestess. Basically: slow down, tune in, and find a calm emotional space before you move forward.
Edit: oh, wait, it was the 8 of Pentacles reversed (my bad). That shifts things - 8 reversed can mean keeping your work under wraps because you’re not ready to share, or getting lost in perfectionism, fussing over details that don’t actually move things forward. Still overlaps with the 7 reversed around discipline.
Hope that clears it up a bit.
