Two of Pentacles as a "Yes or No" Answer?

Hey all,
I’m looking for a second opinion on a reading I’ve done a few times now.

I’ve been waiting on government financial assistance for my disability — it’s been a long process, and this is my second time applying. No income in the meantime, so it’s been rough.

Every time I ask my deck if I’ll be approved this time, I keep pulling the Two of Pentacles — it’s come up three times now. I know it’s typically a "maybe" card, but part of me feels like it’s leaning toward a yes in this context. It makes me think of juggling or balancing finances, which fits, since right now I’m basically trying to make something out of nothing.

What do you think — am I off base, or does that interpretation make sense given the situation?

Sounds like a classic 50/50 to me. The Two of Pentacles usually points to juggling, balance, or handling multiple things at once — so in a yes/no context, I’d definitely read it as a "maybe." It feels like things are still in motion, not fully decided yet.

This is exactly why I don’t usually ask yes/no questions — I prefer to ask the cards "show me what’s likely to happen." The Two of Pentacles can be super open-ended. Like someone once told me, sometimes it just means… two coins.

It could suggest you’ll get the assistance, but maybe with a delay, or possibly not the full amount you were hoping for. I really hope that’s not the case for you though. Wishing you the best with everything!
