Career change interpretation - very confused

Hi guys,

Ive been trying to change careers for almost 9 months now with no success. Every time I do readings, I seem to get a fairly positive response but then I get constant rejections. I just asked the cards, can you give me some insights into my career change. I pulled one major arcana and 3 minors. I pulled The Chariot, then the 3 of wands, 9 of pentacles and the knight of wands. How would you take this?

I'm putting my all into this search, ive taken courses and got CV advice. The advice from the cards is confusing as it seems like its always go for it in past readings but the reality keeps getting worse. Also..I pull knight of wands a lot! Like cleansed deck, shuffle properly and it shows up all the time.
