What does it mean when you draw all Major Arcana cards in a reading? I recently did a four-card pull to uncover what someone would communicate to me if they could, with complete honesty and no judgment.
This individual was previously in an ambiguous relationship with me but ended things due to their emotional unavailability. While they wanted to remain friends, I requested space to move on. Although they reached out once to rebuild a friendship, I wasn't ready.
The cards I pulled were The Sun, The Devil (reversed), The Hierophant, and The Tower (reversed), with the Ace of Cups upright at the bottom of the deck.
Receiving all four Major Arcana cards, especially in an alternating pattern, intrigued me, and I'm curious if anyone has insights into this.
Here's my interpretation: The Sun suggests that I hold significance and bring brightness and happiness to their life. They ended things to avoid repeating past mistakes driven by temptation or selfishness (The Devil reversed) because they knew they weren't ready for commitment. However, they still value our connection and see me as an essential part of their life structure (The Hierophant). With the Ace of Cups influencing below, it indicates genuine love from them, but their fear of complications led them to end things (The Tower reversed).
This dynamic feels like a mix of warmth and distance—"You're important, but I can't risk hurting you. I want you around, but a romantic relationship might not work out. Yet, I do care deeply for you." It's quite perplexing. Any thoughts?
